EQUIPMENT DESIGN
Shamrock can develop the complete design of your controls or electrical equipment. Shamrock will select all of the components based on your plant/customer requirements. Shamrock will then develop physical arrangements, electrical schematics and/or point to point connection diagrams. The drawings can be presented on your titleblock and can be provided in either CADD or pdf formats.
FABRICATION
Shamrock works with a UL certified panel shop to deliver top quality products to our customers. Shamrock is your single point of contact and we are involved in the entire process from selection of parts to supervision to pretest and ultimately Factory Acceptance Test. The 20 year relationship we have with this strategic alliance partner saves our customers money and guarantees our slot in production.
EXPANDED FABRICATION
In addition to control panels, Shamrock can also design and/or fabricate mechanical skids and racks. We have furnished a wide variety of piping skids and sample racks in house capabilities include orbital welding for pharmaceutical quality piping.
