Shamrock Controls provides design and/or fabrication of junction boxes, control panels, motor controls instrument racks and other equipment. Enclosure rating from NEMA 1 to 4X and from Non-Hazardous to Explosion Proof.
All of our engineered products are tailored to our customers' needs.
Shamrock can develop the complete design of your controls or electrical equipment. Shamrock will select all of the components based on your plant/customer requirements. Shamrock will then develop physical arrangements, electrical schematics and/or point to point connection diagrams. The drawings can be presented on your titleblock and can be provided in either CADD or pdf formats.
CONTROL PANELS
Shamrock is your single point of contact for control panel supply. We are involved in the entire process from design to selection of parts to supervision to pretest and ultimately Factory Acceptance Test. Control panels range from NEMA 1 to NEMA 4X, non-hazardous to Explosion proof. Where required, panels will be designed with heating, cooling and/or purging. Creative design allows us to customize the design to fit your space, including swing panels to create compact sizes if required.
Panel design ranges from simple HMI enclosures to combination MCC/VFD/controls.

UPGRADE
Shamrock Controls can provide a wide variety of system and/or equipment upgrades. Upgrades provide improved performance and monitoring as well as reduced maintenance and operating costs. No technology is too simple or complex. From relay panels to plant-wide Distributed Control Systems.
SCI can review existing control systems equipment, field verify existing wiring and operation followed by a recommendation of the most beneficial upgrade. Our design will fit within your time and budget constraints. SCI will also incorporate plant specific equipment or operational requirements.

Piping / Equipment Skids
In addition to control panels, Shamrock can also design and/or fabricate mechanical skids and racks. We have furnished a wide variety of piping skids and sample racks in house capabilities include orbital welding for pharmaceutical quality piping.
